I have been working in Konnect care since they started, I must say they are the best home care agency in Australia. They have supportive working culture. They support their staffs and promote career development through training. They look after their staff’s overall wellbeing.

Konnect care the best home care services by far. Their staffs are so friendly. They made personal care feels less intimidating for me. I feel secure and don’t worry about losing my dignity as they are very professional and understanding of my situation and are supportive. They do not treat it as just a job like other providers I have had in the past. They show that they care and want to genuinely help which is very important to me in who is caring for me.

Konnect Care helps me by taking me to doctor’s appointments and also by picking up my groceries. They are always very kind and friendly, not to mention that they also put my shopping away so I don’t need to strain myself. They are not just a care service, in fact, I’d class many of the staff members as being my friends.
